soooo bussssssssy

have been veri busy day in day out. got a couple of tuition assignments lately. till now, i am handling three tuition assignments. quite hectic if you ask me, especially when preparing for the recent tuition assignment for a sec 4 girl. i was supposed to teach her english and emaths. as most people should know... 2 years in army = loss of 90% of school stuff. thats what happened to me. i dug out all the papers i could find and was only managed to recover some test papers. to be specific, the test papers for prelim from a few schools. only a few of them came with answer and i have to make do with it. i tried doing them myself. most of the questions are manageable, but questions involving angles in a circle and others that require formulae have been haunting me. went to give my first lesson for the sec 4 girl today. how to put it... its was okay. not the greatest i guess. i did fumble on quite a few questions, but was able to solve them for her eventually. i even taught her something that wasn't taught to us. a few ways to make the problems simpler. somehow, i felt a great sense of satisfaction in solving those questions and be able to share my 'techniques' with her. it isn't the first time i have had this satisfaction. it always appear when i got my students to understand something that they did not understand previously. in the end, i left her house half an hour beyond the intended time. although i taught her for an extra half an hour without getting paid, i did not mind at all. overall, it has been very busy for me preparing for every lessons for my students, but i felt better than before. much much better than me sitting in front of my computer thinking of what to do next. =D
